Absolutely not. Our wonderful throw coaches will go over all safety rules and give you a quick lesson on the art of hurling hatchets. We will frequently check on you to insure everyone is getting it.

We totally encourage you to dress comfortably but will not throw you out if you show up in a business suit or evening gown. That being said, if you show up in flip flops or sandals, we got a problem that will need to be solved. Cause our motto is: if your toes are showin', you ain't throwin'. Don't take it personally, it's for your toes and feet's safety. We offer some casual, yet cool, canvas sneakers for purchase to get everyone throwing- even the ones who missed this FAQ section.

No, we are BYOB which is good news for you cause you can grab your fave beer, wine, seltzers or ciders to make your night tailored to the way you want. Just no hard liquor- that means no bottles of whiskey or vodka. Last rule- no open containers permitted. Everything you bring in must be store bought and factory sealed. That includes water thermoses and coffee from your local spot.

We are 18+ every day and 10+ EVERY Sunday plus every Wednesday night during school vacations. Please bring an ID to verify you are 18 or older and if you have kids aged 10-17, check out our LumberJack Jr. Sessions for some good old fashioned family fun.

We accommodate groups as small as 2 and as large as 80. Groups that are 22 throwers or less can book their session through our online reservation system and larger groups will need to give us a call OR send a Big Party Inquiry (see below) to get the planning started.

Session length is based upon group size so that all throwers have ample time to get as many bullseyes as possible.

We require a small deposit to reserve your spot. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, you can reschedule or receive a credit.

We are located in Fall River, MA, in the Waterfront Cultural District, an easy jump off Interstate 195 and near Providence, Newport, Raynham and New Bedford.

Yes there is free parking in the lot we share with the Tipsy Toboggan. It can get busy on the weekends so we encourage our guests to ride share if possible to make it easier on you. If you are having a tough time catching a free spot, you can park on the building side of the street or head to the $10 lot just down the street across from Canned Heat. If you do end up paying for your parking, please let us know and we will give you a voucher for $10 off your next visit with us.

Yes, everyone who enters our venue (even those not throwing) must sign a waiver. Any minors must have a waiver signed by their legal guardian prior to participating.

Yes, we offer 20% off throwing and merchandise for all active duty military, veterans & first responders. Seniors, 60 and older receive 15% off their throwing. And then on Wednesdays, EVERY one gets a deal with our StumpDay throwing fees starting at $22. Thursdays, is College Nite- college students with valid school ID's can throw for as low as $20 per person..

Actually we prefer you NOT bring a cooler. We check all beverages in to insure everything being brought in is permitted (see our BYOB policy) so we just love when you bring those bevs in packed up in their box and in the little black bag liquor stores are known for. Much easier to check them and pop 'em into our big party buckets of ice & get them quickly to your throwing pit. Plus we don't allow coolers back into the throwing area- they have to stay up front. They pile up on a busy night and believe us when we say at least 1 gets left behind. That being said, in the summer, if you really need to bring them in a cooler cause you don't want them to get hot, we will not complain. We get it!

Short answer- yes IF you want to insure you can come in for a specific time. But if you like to go with the flow and don't like to plan, you can totally walk-in. If you we have a spot for you- you are in! Best bet, if you don't wanna book ahead, give us a call about 1-2 hours ahead of when you think you would come in so we can give you an idea of our availability.
